Redlands Osteopathy was established in 2018 with a clear purpose: to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care to the local community. As primary health care providers, we are committed to supporting individuals across all stages of life, from acute injuries to chronic condition management, and everything in between.

Rooted in a strong community ethos, we take pride in working closely with local GPs, specialists, and Allied Health professionals throughout the Redlands area. Our collaborative approach ensures each patient receives tailored, holistic care that meets their individual needs.

We are proud to support patients through a variety of programs including the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA), GP Chronic Condition Management Plans (GPCCMP), and provide treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries—whether acute, chronic, occupational, or sports-related. We also provide support for both prehabilitation and rehabilitation relating to surgical interventions.

Our practitioners are part of the community we serve. Nicholas has been treating patients in the Redlands region for over 10 years since moving from New Zealand, and has developed strong, ongoing relationships with both patients and healthcare providers. Tamara, born and raised in the Redlands, bringing a deep understanding of the local area and its people, with a shared passion for helping others live pain-free, functional lives.

At Redlands Osteopathy, our goal is to empower individuals with the knowledge, support, and care they need to feel better, move better, and live well.
